Sam Hillmer
Sam Hillmer (aka Diamond Terrifier) is a musician, artist, curator, and the leader of New York band ZS. Diamond Terrifier is his saxophone and electronics solo project.
His intimate knowledge of the saxophone shines through especially in live performances. The Diamond Terrifier project places the instrument in a unique context, producing unconventional sounds and sonic landscapes.
Recent collaborators include Laurel Halo, Arto Lindsay, Tauba Auerbach, Eartheater, and PTP.
Hillmer is presently working on a new record of solo compositions, and a cassette of live performances due out on Zs’ ‘Social Noise’ label in 2019.
Laura Paris
Laura Paris, of art duo Trouble, is a sculptor, painter, projectionist, and installation artist. She has shown/performed at Pioneer Works, the Queens Museum, Experimental Media Performing Arts Center (EMPAC), The Cleveland Museum of Contemporary Art, White Chappell Gallery and the Institute for Contemporary Art (ICA) in London, and Vacant Gallery in Tokyo Japan. Laura appears frequently with her partner and collaborator Sam Hillmer as projectionist for Diamond Terrifier and ZS. Laura is also active as an arts based community activist in Bushwick Brooklyn where she lives.

2006年、野口順哉(Gt,Vo)、古谷野慶輔(Ba)、山田英晶(Dr)の3人によって結成。
編集・複製・反復・エラー的な発想で制作された楽曲をスリーピースバンドの形態で演奏。これによるねじれ、負荷がもたらすユーモラスかつストイックなライブパフォーマンスを特徴とする。
2016年、スタジオ兼ライブハウス「外」を京都市左京区に開場。
2019年、初のアメリカツアー開催、BIG EARS FESTIVALに出演。
7年ぶりのオリジナルアルバム『PALM』を、Editions Mego傘下、SUNN O)))のStephen O’Malley主宰レーベルIdeologic Organより2019年4月26日発売。
