Bug Bus Piano is a musical project of Jake. Born 1991 in Seattle, Washington. Started making music in 2009 and began releasing
under the name “Bug Bus Piano” via the Psalmus Diuersae label in 2013. Co-created and operates the website Carriswheel [dot] com. Bug Bus Piano makes beaten-down experimental instrumental music for the entirely hopeless out there.

Bug Bus Pianoは、ジェイクによる音楽プロジェクトである。1991年、ワシントン州シアトル生まれ。2009年に音楽制作を始め、2013年からはレーベルを通じて「Bug Bus Piano」名義で作品をリリースしている。ウェブサイト「Carriswheel [dot] com」を共同設立し、運営も手がけている。この世の絶望に満ちた人々に向けて、荒廃した雰囲気のエクスペリメンタル・インストゥルメンタル・ミュージックを制作している。

Unchained is the long-standing guitar-based project of Nate, originally from Providence (USA) and based in France for over a decade. Rooted in the polymorphous experimentalism of the 2000s East Coast underground, Unchained moves between intimate, home-recorded jazz, shimmering pastoral jangle, grainy synthetic rhythms, and humid ambient blur. In his two most recent LPs—Frontalier (2025, Stern Records) and Gabbeh (2024, A Colourful Storm)—Davis strives to describe a new path for outsider jazz instrumentalism that remains committed to harmonic and rhythmic form while placing greater emphasis on sonic texture through experimental recording and mixing techniques.

Unchainedは、米国プロビデンス出身で10年以上フランスを拠点とするネイトよる、長年にわたるギター・プロジェクトである。2000年代の東海岸アンダーグラウンドシーンに見られた多面的な実験精神に根ざしたUnchainedは、親密なホームレコーディング・ジャズ、きらめく牧歌的なジャングル・サウンド、粒子の粗いシンセサイザーのリズム、そして湿り気のあるアンビエントの曖昧さといった要素の間を自在に行き来する。直近の2枚のLP『Frontalier』（2025年、Stern Records）と『Gabbeh』（2024年、A Colourful Storm）において、デイヴィスは、和声やリズムの形式を堅持しつつ、実験的な録音・ミキシング技法を通じて音の質感にさらに重点を置くことで、アウトサイダー・ジャズのインストゥルメンタル音楽における新たな道を切り拓こうとしている。
